1. Strawberry Icebox Cake (No-Bake)
Doesn’t the word ‘cake’ make you salivate already? We swear this is as easy as just stacking 3 ingredients on top of each other.
What you need:
- Strawberries
- Graham crackers or Digestive biscuits
- Whipped cream

Get a container, place a layer of C, then B, C and A. Repeat. Once the container is filled to the brim, refrigerate for 3 hours.

This is the DIY version of Reese’s peanut butter cups. Say no more, give us a hundred.
What you need:
- Peanut Butter
- Melted Chocolate
- Powdered Sugar
- Mini cupcake paper cases

Steps:
Mix A and C in a bowl. Place D on a baking tray (don’t worry, you’re not baking). Put a spoonful of B, top it off with mixed A & C and cover up with B. Pop it into the fridge for 1 hour.

3. Lemon Cheesecake
Bet you didn’t know there are no-bake cheesecakes. Well, if you already knew, then you wouldn’t be here in the first place. 😉
What you need for the crust:
- Graham crackers or Digestive biscuits (crushed like bread crumbs)
- Sugar (optional)
- Melted Butter
What you need for the filling:
- Cream Cheese
- Lemon juice
- Vanilla extract (optional)
Steps:
Mix A, B & C. Pour into a container and flatten it. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Mix D, E & F until the batter runs smooth. Pour mixture onto the crust. Smooth it out, and off it goes into the refrigerator for 3 hours.

- Granola
- Greek Yogurt

5. Strawberry Mini Bites
Perfect for a mini snack for teatime. This recipe is so easy you can involve the little ones too! (That is if you’re ready to clean up after them.)
What you need:
- Large Strawberries
- Greek Yogurt
- Choice of cookie crumble or crunch
Steps:
Cut off the A’s stem and remove the centre to make space for B. Fill it with B and top it off with C. Off it goes into the freezer to solidify the combinations.

6. M&M Brownies
Yes, you can’t go wrong when mixing M&M and brownies. It looks good on the outside and tastes wonderful on the inside.
What you need:
- Graham crackers or Digestive biscuits (smashed)
- Cocoa Powder
- Sweet condensed milk
- Melted chocolate
- M&Ms
Steps:
Mix A, B and C well. Add in D and mix again. Place dough-like mixture in a container and top it off with M&Ms. Freeze for 30 minutes.

7. Oreo Ice Cream Sandwich
This recipe is a no-brainer, to put it bluntly. But exceptionally practical and useful for surviving the weather in Singapore.
What you need:
- Oreo Cookies (smashed)
- Oreo Cookies (with cream removed)
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Steps:
Mix A and C in a pan and pop it into the freezer. Once frozen, take a nice scoop and place it between 2 Bs.

8. Peanut Butter Cornflakes Cookies
This makes an excellent Chinese New Year goodie to have. Plus point? It’s no bake recipe, saving you time and effort.
What you need:
- Cornflakes (slightly crushed)
- Choice of nuts (smashed)
- Peanut Butter
- Corn Syrup
- Sugar
Steps:
Mix A and B. In a small pot, stir C, D & E over medium heat until mixture is creamy. Pour mixture over mixed A and B and stir until it’s thoroughly coated. Use a cookie cutter to make the desired shape (or use your hands if you don’t have one).

9. Nutella Cookie Balls
If you’ve had oreo and peanut butter, how can we miss out on Nutella? Here’s a Nutella inspired recipe that only requires 3 simple ingredients. Game on!
What you need:
- Nutella
- White chocolate chips (chopped)
- Instant oats
